These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pilbet ("pilbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pilbet online gaming platform, including the website located at pilbet.cam, all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, software, games, services, and promotional materials (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By accessing the pilbet Platform, creating a pilbet account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with the pilbet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "pilbet Policies").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the pilbet Platform and may not create or maintain an account. pilbet reserves the right to decline service to any person at its sole discretion.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the pilbet Platform, granting access to real-money gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's pilbet Account wallet, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any active bonus credits clearly segregated.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot machine, bingo room, keno game, dice game, or sports betting market offered on the pilbet Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required for full Account access at pilbet.

• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any Game offered by pilbet using real-money Account Balance.

• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real-money Account Balance to a Player's designated payment method, subject to verification and processing requirements.

To access real-money gaming services on the pilbet Platform, you must register a pilbet Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. You warrant that all registration information is truthful and that you will promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) pilbet Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. pilbet employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pilbet reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all associated Wagers, and forfeit all associated Balances and Bonus Credits without prior notice or obligation to explain the decision.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pilbet is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, prior to permitting deposits above specified thresholds. KYC verification requires you to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, PhilSys ID, or UMID), and may also require proof of your registered address and proof of your payment method ownership. pilbet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pilbet may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or, where required by regulation, suspension of the Account in its entirety until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your pilbet Account is accurate and up-to-date at all times. pilbet will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain current Account information, including the loss of Account access due to outdated contact details.

Use of the pilbet Platform and creation of a pilbet Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines is 21 years. pilbet strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, corporation, or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of pilbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the pilbet Platform or from gambling services generally under any applicable responsible gaming scheme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be listed on any applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering watchlist, or prohibited persons register.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pilbet Account login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.

pilbet strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication on your Account. This feature provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code — sent to your registered mobile number or generated by an authenticator application — in addition to your password at login. pilbet will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

You agree to notify pilbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting the pilbet support team at [email protected]. pilbet will take reasonable steps to investigate reported unauthorized access. Any Wagers placed from your Account prior to notification of unauthorized access are considered valid and will not be reversed solely on the basis of claimed unauthorized access.

pilbet support staff will never request your password. Any communication purporting to be from pilbet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pilbet immediately.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your pilbet Account may be made using the payment methods currently supported by the Platform, which include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and Account verification status. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

pilbet reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. Deposits made through removed or unsupported payment methods will be returned to the originating account to the extent technically feasible.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pilbet Account are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must have completed KYC verification; (b) your withdrawal must not include any active Bonus Credits that remain subject to wagering requirements; (c) your Account must be in good standing with no pending security review; and (d) the withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method.

pilbet aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform — GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during business hours for verified Accounts. pilbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside pilbet's control.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pilbet operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. pilbet reserves the right to request additional documentation from Players before processing withdrawals, to delay or refuse withdrawals where AML concerns arise, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law. Funds deposited through pilbet must not originate from illegal activity.

pilbet may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any pilbet bonus or promotion, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements specify the number of times Bonus Credits must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means ₱30,000 must be wagered using that bonus credit before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific game contribution rates — which determine how much of each wager counts toward the wagering requirement — are published in the applicable bonus terms.

Bonuses may have expiry dates. Unclaimed or uncleared bonus credits that expire will be removed from the Account automatically. pilbet is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods. Players should review the expiry date of any bonus before accepting it.

All bets and wagers placed on the pilbet Platform are governed by: (a) these Terms; (b) the specific game rules published within each Game on the Platform; and (c) the sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

8.1 Bet Acceptance and Finality

A bet is accepted and binding upon pilbet only when a confirmation is provided within the Platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors, communication failures, or insufficient Account Balance are not valid and will not be settled. All accepted and settled bets are final. pilbet will not reverse settled bets except in cases of manifest error.

8.2 Manifest Errors

A "manifest error" is an obvious mistake in the odds, payout, game result, or bet acceptance that a reasonable person would recognize as an error. pilbet reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a manifest error and to correct obviously erroneous settlements. pilbet will act reasonably in determining what constitutes a manifest error and will notify affected Players where practicable.

8.3 Game Integrity

All pilbet digital games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels operated by trained dealers on camera. pilbet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way that disadvantages Players beyond the published house edge of each game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pilbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Credits, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during Account registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one (1) Account, whether under the same or different details.
• Allowing any other person to use your Account or using any other person's Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system on the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including charge-back fraud via payment processors.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the pilbet Platform or its underlying systems.
• Making or transmitting any content through the Platform that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

All content on the pilbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of pilbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of pilbet.

pilbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include: the right to resell or commercially exploit any part of the Platform; any derivative use of the Platform or its contents; any downloading or copying of Account information for the benefit of another person or entity; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Unauthorized use of any pilbet intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of pilbet's intellectual property rights, for which pilbet reserves all legal remedies.

pilbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. pilbet recognizes that for a small proportion of individuals, gambling can become harmful, and the Platform provides a range of tools to assist Players in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

11.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they can deposit into their pilbet Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may configure maximum net loss thresholds per session, per day, per week, or per month. Once a loss limit is reached, further real-money wagering is suspended for the relevant period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set alerts to be notified after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time spent in session and cumulative wagering amount during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the pilbet Platform for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent exclusion). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pilbet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the pilbet Platform.

The pilbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pilbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. pilbet will endeavor to provide a high-quality, reliable service but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform.

pilbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) your reliance on any information or content on the Platform; (b) interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond pilbet's reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party service failures, or telecommunications outages; (c) unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security; or (d) your breach of these Terms.

pilbet collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the pilbet Platform and creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pilbet uses your personal data for purposes including Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. pilbet does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

pilbet implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 14.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your pilbet Account at any time by contacting the pilbet support team. Account closure requests will be processed after verification of your identity and clearance of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus credits. Real-money Account Balance (excluding forfeited bonus credits) will be returned to your registered payment method following closure.

14.2 Suspension or Closure by pilbet

pilbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any pilbet Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within specified timeframes; detected underage gambling; regulatory requirements; or any other conduct that pilbet determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or third parties.

Where an Account is closed by pilbet due to a breach of these Terms, pilbet reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance, including both real-money funds and bonus credits, to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulation. Where an Account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, outstanding real-money Balance will be returned to the Player.

pilbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pilbet will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email to the registered Account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the pilbet Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.1 above. The current version of these Terms, with the effective date, will always be available on the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which pilbet holds its gaming authorizations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to pilbet's internal dispute resolution process.
